1) Detached single-family and two-family dwellings (the development of a 2nd housing remains subject to a change of use permit and taxation services for the 2nd accommodation whether it is rented or not);

3) Craft and art shops, rental of up to 2 rooms for up to 2 people, daycares for less than 10 children, personal services (shoe repair, hairdresser, barber, photographer, funeral home, etc.) and services professionals, etc., provided that the following requirements apply: -The floor area allocated to this business or service must be less than 40 square meters (431 square feet); -The use is exercised by the occupant of the main use and not more than one no one residing elsewhere is employed for this purpose; -No display or storage is visible from outside the building; -No modification to the architecture of the building is visible from the exterior; -It is prohibited to create additional parking spaces in the front yard of the building for the purposes of such use; -The use does not include the use of trucks with a capacity greater than of a ton.
